How ironic (but most likely from God) that I had just told one of the young women in the young couples class that I teach that I was going to put together a paper for her and the others in our class about all the different kind of prayers we can pray and how to pray them. I was going to use index cards with a different type of prayer listed on each one, so that nothing would be left out each day as we pray. Thanks ever so much for reminding me that this is not just a need in my class, but for others as well.

My quiet times are in many different ways & times. I don’t believe there are “set times”, (that can become ritualistic), but instead, for me, it’s more of a calling on my spirit. Many times just saying the words, “Lord, what do you want me to do or say?” will lead me to a complete stop whereever I’m at. But, typically, my devotion & “study” times are always in the morning when Im fresh & not hindered by the businesses of the day. However my MOST favorite quiet times are sitting in a deer stand, at the beach or anywhere outside that I can see & “hear” Gods awesome creation in play…..a real live video of His creation, still, continuing on. Have a blessed day…..
