Bust out the birthday cake, the Glo Girl Blog is ONE year old this month!
We’ve had such an amazing first year with you here on the Glo Girl Blog! God has done some glo-rious things through our cyber meetings, and we couldn’t be happier! I can’t believe our first year went by so quickly!
But, our little blog wouldn’t be anything without YOU, our fabulous Glo Girl readers! So, thank you, thank you for your comments, your participation, your suggestions and your encouragement! We can’t wait to see what God has in store for you (and us) next!
Q: How has God used the Glo Girl Blog to encourage you this past year?
Laurie’s posts are very encouraging and spoken in my native West Texas tongue….so, every message usually seems like it’s directed to me! I am always uplifted by the personal examples given with her own struggles in raising her boys and keeping her marriage cranked up! I also love how she tries to ease my guilt for not spending hours/day in God’s word, but spending 5 minutes here, 5 minutes there, and singing praise throughout the day is “my way” in my season of life to connect with God! Happy Birthday!!! Keep up the good word!!!
Thank you very much for the Glo Girl blog and the Front Porch Fridays. They have been an inspiration for me to get closer to God and become more involved with the church and with what God is doing in my life. God has blessed me abundantly this past year! To God be the Glory!
In this, very mixed up, world we ladies live in it’s imparitive that we have bible based words to live by. We can’t depend on our own selves by taking the bull by the horns, pulling up our boot straps OR by “”doing anything by putting our minds to it”. But these things ARE what we’re snowed with every day. So by Laurie, you & all the ladies w/Priority Ministry working together, it offers us a fresh ray of SONshine to “”melt the snow”” by giving us HIS way, truth & light. I PRAY God continues to bless & help Priority reach out & touch & have LOTS more birthdays. Y’all GLO girls. š
